The Main Services Agreement governs subscriptions, service access, billing, renewal, and support for organizational customers.

It applies to workspace owners and administrators acting on behalf of a customer organization.

Service Operation

This agreement addresses uptime expectations, maintenance windows, incident handling, and customer support paths.

Security, privacy, and subprocessors are incorporated by reference from linked policy documents.
