A list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct for our Services.

Acceptable Conduct

Use OnceAsked for lawful collaboration, communication, and workflow management.

Respect privacy, intellectual property rights, and workspace governance controls.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not use OnceAsked for harassment, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, or data exfiltration.

Do not interfere with service integrity, abuse APIs, or attempt to bypass security restrictions.

Automation and Integration Boundaries

Automations, bots, and integrations must operate within granted scopes, customer-approved permissions, and platform rate limits.

Attempts to harvest restricted data, evade controls, or mimic trusted system identities are prohibited.

Enforcement Actions

OnceAsked may remove content, disable integrations, rate-limit requests, suspend access, or terminate accounts for policy violations.

Where appropriate, enforcement actions may be combined with legal remedies and customer administrator notifications.
