Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Standard?
Yes. Standard comes with a 30-day free trial. You can use all Standard features with your full team before deciding.
What is the Business Plus introductory offer?
When billed monthly, Business Plus is 50% off for your first 3 months, then moves to the standard rate. When billed annually, you save 20% off the regular monthly rate for the full year.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Data is retained subject to agreements. Downgraded accounts will be provided with a grace period to retrieve data before permanent deletion.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Qualifying nonprofits and educational institutions receive 50% off Standard or Business Plus plans. Contact our sales team with verification and we will apply the discount.
