User Terms of Service

These terms apply to individual users invited into a workspace managed by a customer organization.

Users must comply with workspace policies, administrator controls, and applicable law while using OnceAsked.

Users are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and for lawful use of platform features.

Unauthorized automation, abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Workspace customers control membership, role assignments, policy enforcement, retention settings, and integration permissions within their environments.

OnceAsked processes user activity and content according to customer configuration, contractual commitments, and applicable law.

Access may be suspended or terminated where required for security, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or repeated violations.

Users remain responsible for conduct occurring through their credentials and may be required to cooperate with incident investigations.
