API Terms of Service

Rules governing use of OnceAsked APIs and developer-facing endpoints.

Permitted Use

The API may be used only for lawful integration use cases that align with the permissions granted by the workspace customer.

You may not use the API to replicate OnceAsked or provide a competing hosted collaboration service.

Security and Abuse Controls

You must protect API credentials, rotate secrets responsibly, and implement least-privilege access scopes.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access for abuse, excessive load, or policy violations.
