Cross-workspace messaging
Reach people in a different workspace when your organization uses more than one.
Larger organizations sometimes run more than one workspace, for example separating an internal team from an external client-facing one. Members who belong to more than one workspace can move between them from the workspace switcher without signing in again.
Direct messages and the global omnifunction bar can reach across workspaces you belong to, while individual channels remain scoped to the workspace they were created in, keeping day-to-day conversations properly contained.
