Channel permissions
Control who can read, post, and administer a given channel.
Channel permissions sit below workspace-level roles and let an admin control who can view a channel, who can post in it, and who can manage its settings, membership, and pinned content. Business Plus and Custom plans add custom roles for finer-grained control.
Permissions can be tightened for sensitive channels, such as those used for HR or leadership discussions, without affecting the rest of the workspace, and changes take effect immediately for every member.
