Personal vs shared connections
A connection can belong to you alone or be shared with a channel or workspace.
A personal connection is visible only to you and used when you ask Baquë a question that touches that tool. A shared connection, set up by an admin, makes a connected tool available to an entire channel or workspace, subject to the same access scope and governance rules.
Shared connections are useful for a team resource, such as a shared Notion knowledge base, while personal connections suit an individual's own inbox or personal Drive.
