Admin governance & the provider checklist
Admins control which providers are available and under what conditions.
Workspace admins control which integration providers are available at all, and can require additional conditions, such as a minimum access lifetime or a mandatory scope restriction, before a member is allowed to connect one.
The provider checklist in Watchtower gives an admin a single view of every connected tool across the workspace, including who connected it, what scope was granted, and when it was last used, so unused or over-scoped connections can be identified and revoked.
