Choosing what OnceAsked can access
Scope a connection down to specific folders, channels, or bases rather than an entire account.
When you connect a tool, you choose the specific folders, channels, spaces, or bases OnceAsked can read from, rather than granting blanket access to your entire account. This scope can be narrowed or widened later without reconnecting from scratch.
Every connection is read-only by default. Any capability beyond reading, such as posting or writing back to the connected tool, requires a separate, explicit grant and is clearly labeled in the connection settings.
