Export your workspace's messages and documents for backup or migration.
Workspace data export lets an admin request a complete export of a workspace's messages, documents, and metadata, useful for backup, compliance, or migrating away from OnceAsked if that is ever needed. Exports are generated asynchronously and delivered as a downloadable archive.
Data export is available on Standard and above; the Free plan retains data subject to its own retention window rather than offering a bulk export tool.
